Typographic posters on a randomly chosen word, "dimension". Entire dictionary text was taken to create set of two antithetic posters -'hot'(subjective) and 'cold'(objective).
‘Cold’ poster focuses on the typographical structure. Design of this version is functional and objective in expressing the contents,and structure of the text is logical and precise. Typographic adjustment on contrasts in weight, position, and style is made to create a composition with a hierarchy that could clearly deliver the contents. On the contrary, ‘Hot’ poster focuses on expressions. Dynamic composition illustrates the subjective associations that are derived from the literal meaning of the word.
